We offer free shipping within Belgium for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, we charge a fixed shipping fee of €7.33.

Yes, according to Belgian law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please send us an email in advance to register your return.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If the return is not made in the original packaging and through a DHL Parcelshop, the risks lie with the buyer.

After receiving and inspecting your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days through the original payment method.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While mistakes in ordering can happen or you might change your mind, we cannot modify orders after they've been placed. However, you can return products within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track-and-trace code via email to follow your delivery.

We only deliver to Belgium and Luxembourg. If you provide a delivery address in another country, we will decline your order. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're under 18, please have your parents or legal guardian place the order for you.
